Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $200 qualify for complimentary domestic shipping.

International shipping is available to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

To initiate a return, email us at maisonpeche97@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style where available. Please contact us at maisonpeche97@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
